This is my story.

In 2012, I was diagnosed with Generalized Anxiety Disorder and I want to share with you some of my struggles and the strategies I use to try to change my negative behaviour into something more positive.

I was using natural light for the lighting in this video, so there are some spots that seem a bit dull because the sun was going down. Sorry!
