Over the next few months, I will be doing a lot of travelling for work and I want to bring you all along as I learn how to eat healthy on the road! Of course, I will be focusing on finding options for my IBS and much of the food I eat is vegan friendly! I will be looking for healthy, local restaurants along the way. My first week was in Ottawa, Ontario!
